What is the deposit required to book?
No deposit is needed to reserve. Payment is due upon delivery.
When is delivery?
We aim to deliver your order the day before your event; if this is not possible, we will provide it before your event. Do you need a specific delivery time or before a particular time? We can accommodate that. Please contact us for any special requests.
How long will the rental be?
We usually do overnight rentals. If that doesn’t work for you, please let us know before booking.
What time will y’all pick up?
We pick up the rental items the next day between 7am and 7pm. We will provide you with a specific pickup time on the night of your event.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Cash, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, and all major credit cards are accepted.
What is the rain policy?
Please check your local forecast. Feel free to cancel at any time before your event. Once we deliver, there are no refunds.
Do y’all deliver to parks?
Unfortunately, no. We service events in private areas such as homes, schools, and churches.
